PLSA Property Inspection
The PLSA Board will initiate semi-annual property inspections starting this spring. These inspections aim to ensure the PLSA property is well-maintained and all members are adhering to established rules and guidelines. Areas of focus will include Member dock spaces and dock conditions.
Short Term Rentals
Property owners who operate short-term rentals and wish for their tenants to have access to PLSA property must obtain a Tenant Use License. Short-term rentals are defined as rentals of six months or less. For 2025, the short-term rental fee is $2,000 per property (fees are subject to change). The Tenant Use License application must be completed and submitted to the PLSA board for approval. The Tenant Use License form is available in the Resource Center or here.
Updated By-laws
As presented at the 2024 Fall Membership meeting, the membership approved to update the PLSA By-laws to address short term rentals. The updated By-laws are available in the Resource Center or here.
